At Dat Cajun Chitt, we aim to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Returns & Restocking Fees
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee:
- 25% for all standard items.
- 50% for the Original Cajun Box.
- Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
- You can return new and unused items within 30 days.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@datcajunchitt.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
- We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an incorrect or defective product.
- Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable restocking fees.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
